Mobile app process
- Open Arrow Paths and go to Settings.
- Open Privacy Center.
- Select Delete anonymous account.
- Review the warning and confirm the request.
What is deleted
The planned deletion flow removes the anonymous cloud save, leaderboard entries, telemetry linked to the anonymous player, recovery codes, inbox data, and active credentials. The local save is reset after confirmation.
What may be retained
De-identified purchase anti-replay records may be retained where necessary to prevent duplicate fulfillment, fraud, or accounting errors. They cannot be used to restore a deleted game account.
Availability
The deletion service will be activated alongside the public mobile release. Prerelease builds are not a public production service.
