Terms of Service

This game is provided by Rao Rongqing. In this document, “we” and “us” refer to that provider.

1. Scope and provider

These terms cover the CowGo game provided by the developer identified in its Google Play listing. For support, rights enquiries or complaints, email the developer at flowergame@yeah.net. Before entering, explicitly accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. This release has no remote analytics. No sign-in is provided or required. Declining the documents prevents entry and closes Android; iOS stays on a blocked screen. You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time. Minors should use the game with a guardian's permission and guidance where required.

2. The game

CowGo is a single-player game with 100 adventure levels and a classic route. Drag to collect wood and virtual coins, choose arithmetic gates, avoid obstacles, activate switches and build bridges or stairs. Stars and medals reflect game achievements; they do not certify academic ability. After the required confirmations, core gameplay can run offline without a network check at each entry. There is no Google sign-in service in this release.

3. License and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use a lawfully obtained copy for entertainment, subject to these terms and the applicable distribution-platform rules. Rights not granted remain with the relevant rights holders.

Do not unlawfully copy or distribute the app or assets, introduce malicious code, impersonate the developer, compromise services or other users' devices, or use the game for unlawful activity. Restrictions on modification or reverse engineering do not limit rights expressly permitted by applicable law. Feedback must not infringe another person's rights; we may consider it to improve the game without an obligation to implement it.

4. Virtual coins, power-ups and achievements

Gold, Niu Coins, wood, stars, medals and power-ups are game-only resources. They are earned or used through gameplay, have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash and are not transferable between users. This version does not sell these gameplay resources for real money and has no subscriptions, advertising rewards or gambling.

The release starts with 1000 Niu Coins and awards 100 on the first opening each day. Starting a new run uses 10; a low balance prevents new entry. Resuming an existing run and its first drop continuation do not charge again. Niu Coins are separate from collectible gold. Daily rewards use the device local date, with no missed-day backfill.

Coins collected in a run are credited when that run is settled; restarting before settlement forfeits its unsettled earnings. No pre-run power-up purchase is required. Free power-ups collected on the trail activate according to the game rules. Progress and outcomes depend on the game's rules, not a guarantee of success. Updates may change balance, prices, levels or rewards, while respecting any mandatory rights.

Optional one-time Google Play purchases include themed skins and a supporter pack. Default character appearances are free, and each skin belongs to its specified character. The supporter pack grants a permanent display badge; it is not a charitable donation, does not automatically include other skins and provides no gameplay ability or resources. Store prices are shown before purchase; the Google Play confirmation screen determines the final amount. These products do not renew automatically, and a permanent product does not require repeat purchase. Pending, cancelled or unverified payments do not grant access.

Users who are minors under applicable local law must obtain a guardian’s permission for optional purchases where required. Google Play family and purchase-approval settings apply as configured; the game does not operate a separate verified guardian-consent service. Payments and refunds follow Google Play rules and applicable consumer protections. Delivery is acknowledged only after verification and successful local persistence; the platform may automatically refund transactions not acknowledged in time. Still-valid permanent purchases can be restored online with the original Google Play purchasing account and cannot be transferred. Offline cached entitlements may be updated after a successful store query following a refund or revocation. The themed appearance selected in an existing profile or recorded in a saved journey is retained locally on the first upgrade. These legacy grants are not purchases and cannot be restored from the store after local data is cleared.

5. Local profiles and saves

This release requires no sign-in and contains no Google sign-in SDK. Android creates a random guest identifier in private app storage; it is neither Android's system UID nor an online account. Progress, coins, settings and unfinished journeys remain in this installation. Upgrades migrate the active local profile to guest play while retaining progress, without cloud sync. Uninstalling, clearing data, changing devices or losing the device loses game saves permanently. Permanent purchases can be restored with the original Google Play purchasing account as described in section 4.

6. Privacy and deletion

This release contains no Firebase Analytics SDK or remote usage analytics. Accepting documents does not enable analytics or substitute for permissions required to process children's data. Profile > Local profile and saves > Clear all local data asks for confirmation, deletes current and historical local saves and creates a new guest. Document choices remain. See the Privacy Policy for details.

7. Intellectual property

The app's code, artwork, audio and text are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and belong to the relevant rights holders. No rights in those materials are transferred except the limited license above and rights available under law. Google Play, Android and other third-party names are owned by their respective rights holders. This game is not represented as endorsed by Google.

8. Availability, changes and ending use

We may fix bugs, update content and change features or supported devices. Some functions may be interrupted by device conditions, connectivity or platform availability. We do not promise continuous support, compatibility with every device, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. Where legally required, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes. You may stop using the game at any time. Uninstalling or clearing app data removes local saves with no sign-in recovery. See the Privacy Policy for the treatment of historical data sent by earlier versions.

9. Liability limits and statutory rights

The game is intended for personal entertainment. Except for express commitments and mandatory legal requirements, we do not promise operation on every device or system at all times, uninterrupted or error-free play, particular results, or recovery of every save. This does not remove duties of service quality, reasonable care, correction or remedies imposed by law.

Only where applicable law permits, and the loss is not caused by our breach, negligence or other conduct for which we are legally responsible, we are not responsible for losses caused by your deliberate clearing of data or restart, a lost or independently faulty device, operating-system or network failures outside our control, unauthorized modified copies or cheats, or your use in breach of these Terms. Save and recovery capabilities are those described earlier for this game; we cannot restore local records we do not hold. If we contributed to the loss, the involvement of these circumstances does not remove our corresponding responsibility.

External websites, device backups, app stores and other third-party services you independently choose may have their own rules. We do not guarantee unauthorized transactions, channels impersonating the developer or promises independently made by third parties. We are not responsible, where law permits exclusion, for third-party conduct unrelated to our performance and not attributable to us. Integrating an SDK, engaging a data processor or using a supplier to perform our obligations does not remove our legal privacy, oversight or contractual duties; you are not required to seek a remedy only from that third party.

Where law permits without removing mandatory consumer remedies, we exclude business-profit, opportunity or interruption losses from unauthorized commercial use, and indirect or unforeseeable losses outside the compensation required by law. Merely describing a loss as data loss or indirect loss does not exclude compensation legally owed for device damage, lost saves or other harm.

If an event legally qualifies as force majeure, responsibility depends on its actual effect and applicable law. We must still give notice, provide necessary evidence and reasonably reduce harm as required by law. Ordinary software defects, preventable security issues and supplier failures do not automatically qualify; an event does not automatically excuse a delay or breach that already existed.

[Non-excludable liability] These limitations do not exclude or restrict liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for personal injury, fraud, property damage from intentional misconduct or gross negligence, and mandatory consumer, product-safety, personal-information or other statutory duties. Legally required repair, refunds, compensation and other remedies remain available. A free game does not mean zero developer liability.

If your unlawful conduct or breach attributable to you causes harm to us or a third party, responsibility is determined under applicable law by actual loss, causation and the fault of each party. These Terms do not require unconditional indemnification or defense for our fault, every third-party claim or unverified costs. You may request an explanation, raise an objection or seek an informal resolution through the email below, without losing rights to complain or seek judicial remedies.

10. Disputes, languages and updates

Contact the developer at flowergame@yeah.net first so we can try to resolve an issue. Applicable law and the courts or dispute-resolution bodies with lawful jurisdiction determine available remedies; these terms do not remove protections of your country of residence or impose an exclusive foreign forum. If a clause is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

This website document is provided in English. The game may also provide a Simplified Chinese version. Language choice does not reduce mandatory rights. Updated terms will be made available in Settings → Terms of Service with a revised date; changes requiring agreement will be brought to your attention as required by law.

11. Important terms and this revision

Please pay particular attention to save loss, third-party services and liability limits, together with the non-excludable rights above. You may ask us to explain them before agreeing. A website update or continued use alone does not establish acceptance of a new limitation. Material changes require legally appropriate notice and agreement and cannot retrospectively extinguish existing claims.

12. Audience, local play and privacy

CowGo is intended for users aged 16 and above, including users aged 16–17 and adults. It is not offered to users under 16. Minors must obtain guardian permission where required by applicable law. This does not claim that an age-verification system is implemented or waive protections for minors.

All levels, five default character appearances, gameplay rewards and settings are available without signing in to a game account. The current release has no game sign-in, cloud saves, remote usage analytics, advertising or subscriptions. Optional one-time Google Play purchases unlock cosmetic skins or a permanent supporter badge, with no gameplay advantages, Niu Coins or gold. Buying and restoring use your Google Play purchasing account and require connectivity. A random local guest identifier is not an authenticated online account. The Privacy Policy explains local purchase evidence, deletion, support communications and historical data. Statutory rights and the non-excludable responsibilities above remain unaffected.

13. Replays, video exports and sharing

You may use the supplied replay and export features for lawful personal sharing of your gameplay, subject to applicable law, the receiving platform’s rules and relevant third-party material licenses. Replays are local records, not a cloud backup or a guarantee that future versions will play every older recording. Storage limits and version compatibility can affect availability. Exported clips contain game visuals and game audio, without camera or microphone recording.

You choose whether to save a video or open a sharing destination. Export does not itself publish a post. You control the selected destination and any later upload or publication, and should review the clip before sharing. We cannot guarantee that an independent app will accept, deliver or retain it. The Privacy Policy explains local retention, cleanup and copies held outside the game; clearing local game data does not delete those external copies. These explanations do not reduce mandatory consumer or privacy rights or exclude liability attributable to us.
