Arrow Paths — Terms of Service
Terms of Service
1. Draft scope
The existing Arrow Paths project does not provide complete game terms. This page is a draft prepared from the current gameplay, development status and website notices for review. Reading it does not accept a contract that has not been formally released. Final terms need an identified operator, covered release and effective date.
2. Game and available features
Arrow Paths is a logic puzzle about reading directions, identifying blockers and clearing arrows in order. The project includes 3,000 levels, daily challenges, streaks, hints, themes and a browser Level Studio. Content varies by client and build; further level downloads and configured online features may require a connection.
Website examples are not the full client. Development implementations of cloud saves, leaderboards, advertising and real purchases do not mean those services are publicly active. Available features follow the applicable release disclosures.
3. Use and content
Final terms must provide the relevant rights holder’s applicable personal-entertainment license. Do not unlawfully copy or redistribute the app or original brand assets, insert malicious code, attack services, falsify purchases or scores, or infringe others’ rights. Third-party code, fonts and icons remain subject to their original licenses, and rights expressly permitted by law are not improperly restricted.
Level Studio supports local creation and content import. You must have the right to use imported material. Importing a file into the local browser tool does not automatically transfer ownership of it.
4. Virtual resources, advertising and purchases
Coins, hints, stars and other virtual resources support gameplay. They are not real-world currency and do not include a promise of cash redemption or player-to-player trading. Earning, spending, rewards and deduplication follow the applicable game rules.
Current local test commerce does not create real charges or real ad impressions. A release enabling purchases or advertising must disclose products, prices, benefits, conditions and applicable privacy information before the action. Store rules and mandatory legal rights govern applicable payments and refunds. This draft does not invent a subscription, fee or refund deadline.
5. Saves, online identity and deletion
Local progress may be affected by uninstalling, clearing data, device loss or storage failure. Anonymous online identity, recovery codes and deletion apply only where the corresponding service is configured and available. Keep recovery codes safe and do not reveal credentials to unofficial channels.
Deleting an account is different from clearing a local save. Account deletion can remove cloud saves, scores and virtual assets and invalidate prior credentials or recovery codes. Read the confirmation shown at the time. Retention exceptions and processing periods follow the final Privacy Policy.
6. Privacy, third parties and security
A separate game Privacy Policy must explain processing and privacy choices. Analytics choices, advertising privacy decisions and notification permissions do not replace one another. App-store, advertising-vendor and platform-attestation rules may apply to their respective services.
Content, supported devices and software may change. Final liability terms must preserve non-excludable liability and mandatory consumer and privacy rights. This draft does not designate an exclusive court, binding arbitration or an unconfirmed governing law.
7. Contact, final release and updates
Send support requests, rights enquiries or complaints to the developer email listed below under Contact information. Final terms still require an identified provider, checked against actual store, advertising and online-service configuration. This page is not evidence of store or legal approval. At release, this page, in-app links and store information must be updated consistently, with appropriate notice or agreement where required.
8. Liability limits and statutory rights
The game is intended for personal entertainment. Except for express commitments and mandatory legal requirements, we do not promise operation on every device or system at all times, uninterrupted or error-free play, particular results, or recovery of every save. This does not remove duties of service quality, reasonable care, correction or remedies imposed by law.
Only where applicable law permits, and the loss is not caused by our breach, negligence or other conduct for which we are legally responsible, we are not responsible for losses caused by your deliberate clearing of data or restart, a lost or independently faulty device, operating-system or network failures outside our control, unauthorized modified copies or cheats, or your use in breach of these Terms. Save and recovery capabilities are those described earlier for this game; we cannot restore local records we do not hold. If we contributed to the loss, the involvement of these circumstances does not remove our corresponding responsibility.
External websites, device backups, app stores and other third-party services you independently choose may have their own rules. We do not guarantee unauthorized transactions, channels impersonating the developer or promises independently made by third parties. We are not responsible, where law permits exclusion, for third-party conduct unrelated to our performance and not attributable to us. Integrating an SDK, engaging a data processor or using a supplier to perform our obligations does not remove our legal privacy, oversight or contractual duties; you are not required to seek a remedy only from that third party.
Where law permits without removing mandatory consumer remedies, we exclude business-profit, opportunity or interruption losses from unauthorized commercial use, and indirect or unforeseeable losses outside the compensation required by law. Merely describing a loss as data loss or indirect loss does not exclude compensation legally owed for device damage, lost saves or other harm.
If an event legally qualifies as force majeure, responsibility depends on its actual effect and applicable law. We must still give notice, provide necessary evidence and reasonably reduce harm as required by law. Ordinary software defects, preventable security issues and supplier failures do not automatically qualify; an event does not automatically excuse a delay or breach that already existed.
[Non-excludable liability] These limitations do not exclude or restrict liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for personal injury, fraud, property damage from intentional misconduct or gross negligence, and mandatory consumer, product-safety, personal-information or other statutory duties. Legally required repair, refunds, compensation and other remedies remain available. A free game does not mean zero developer liability.
If your unlawful conduct or breach attributable to you causes harm to us or a third party, responsibility is determined under applicable law by actual loss, causation and the fault of each party. These Terms do not require unconditional indemnification or defense for our fault, every third-party claim or unverified costs. You may request an explanation, raise an objection or seek an informal resolution through the email below, without losing rights to complain or seek judicial remedies.
9. Important terms and this revision
Please pay particular attention to save loss, third-party services and liability limits, together with the non-excludable rights above. You may ask us to explain them before agreeing. A website update or continued use alone does not establish acceptance of a new limitation. Material changes require legally appropriate notice and agreement and cannot retrospectively extinguish existing claims. These provisions are proposed wording for a development draft and do not make an unreleased contract effective.
